Mokler & Gregory are a mother-daughter team that have been working side-by-side for the past seven years. Together they utilize each others strength in skills to offer students educational guidance that is professional and nurturing. Wendy Mokler's background is in teaching and serving as a high school guidance counselor, and has a strong understanding of high school curriculum and standardized testing. Alisa's background is in teaching English as a Second Language and serving as an Admissions Reader for UCSB. Wendy and Alisa take immense satisfaction from helping students reach their scholastic potential while creating an atmosphere for their students that is welcoming and supportive.

Wendy Mokler
Wendy Mokler has been a professional educator for nearly 40 years. Her vast experience comes from having worked as a high school counselor, a classroom teacher, a home hospital teacher, and an administrator of two special education programs for the Santa Barbara School District. She has an excellent knowledge of secondary curriculum as well as college and university entrance requirements after having helped countless students of all ethnicities and economic backgrounds prepare for and get accepted to college.

Alisa Gregory
Prior to working as a college consultant, Alisa taught English in Australia for four years at the Sunshine Coast English College where she instructed English Language Learners the Cambridge Advanced Certificate in English. At Mokler and Gregory Educational Consulting, in addition to developing college lists and evaluating all college applications, Alisa specializes in offering guidance and editing for all college essays and supplemental writing. She has also been working extensively to develop a database for international colleges and exchange programs. Alisa has also completed four cycles an Admissions Reader for the University of California, Santa Barbara. She also recently accepted the position of College Counselor at a small independent high school located in Santa Barbara.
